About the Therapist

I believe therapy should be a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. As a trauma-informed therapist, I prioritize creating an environment that is grounded, collaborative, and supportive, recognizing the importance of safety, choice, and trust in the therapeutic process.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals through emotional stress, life transitions, and complex challenges. My approach is thoughtful and individualized, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and somatic-based interventions. I integrate these approaches to best support each person’s unique needs and goals.

Clients can expect a non-judgmental space where they are encouraged to move at their own pace, build insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful and sustainable growth. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, Personality Disorders, Suicidal Ideation/Self Harm, self esteem, anger management, parenting, Maternal mental health, Trauma & More

At GrowthPoint Counseling PLLC, I am committed to providing trauma-informed, compassionate care that supports healing, resilience, and personal growth. I am also working toward certification as a Perinatal Mental Health–Certified provider (PMH-C) to further support individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and other significant life transitions.
